Innovation Cluster

The Innovation Cluster buildings consists of three buildings designed for:

• Light laboratories / industries;
• Medium laboratories / industries;
• Heavy or High Bay laboratories / industries;

The 900,000 square feet facility is built to provide laboratory & office space for technology companies. These companies include:

• Established companies working with, or in collaboration with, the KAUST Research Centers & faculty;
• Early-stage technology start-up companies, from within as well as outside KAUST.

This facility features wet lab, dry lab & office space.

In addition to a professional lobby and reception area, the Innovation Cluster features conference & meeting rooms, pantries, break-out areas and supporting services for the companies new to the Kingdom. We can also help in the arrangement of accommodations for our tenants and their families in the KAUST campus.
